Who is responsible?

ONfcs is a brand of INBTWN BV, Doornveld 163.01.02, 1731 Zellik, Belgium, company number BE 1026.292.365. INBTWN BV is responsible for processing your personal data on this website. Questions? Email info@inbtwn.be or call +32 2 393 17 79.

What data do we use?

The contact form sends us your name, email address and message. You may also provide your phone number, organisation, type of space and interests. Please do not include medical details or other sensitive information in your message.

Why, and on what basis?

We use these details to answer your enquiry and discuss a potential project. For a quotation or project, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in being available and helping you. Your enquiry does not automatically sign you up for advertising.

Who has access?

Only authorised staff can view enquiries. We use Lovable Cloud for technical storage and hosting, and technical providers for our communications. They may process data when providing their services. We do not sell your data. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area requires appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can contact us for more information.

How long do we keep them?

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. We then delete data that is no longer needed, unless a legal retention duty or a justified need, such as an ongoing dispute, applies. Details relating to an order or invoice may therefore be kept for longer. Deletion is not automatic: we manage enquiries ourselves.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of its processing. Where the law provides, you can object or request data portability. Email info@inbtwn.be; we normally respond within one month. We may ask for information to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority via www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Microsoft Clarity

Only with your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity for usage statistics, heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft processes visit and device data and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Page text and information entered in forms are masked in recordings. We do not grant advertising storage consent. Clarity may use _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (one day) cookies to recognise visits and connect pages within a session. Microsoft may process data outside the EEA; see privacy.microsoft.com for its privacy policy. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie preferences.
