How it is made: step by step, in our own studio.

  • 01Preparing the logo

We turn the club's logo into a digital cutting file. We check every line so the laser can follow even the emblem's finest details cleanly.

  • 02Setting up the laser

The MDF sheet lies flat on the laser bed. We adjust the focus to suit its thickness for a consistently clean cut.

  • 03Laser cutting

The laser cuts out the logo layer by layer at a steady pace. This keeps the edges crisp and straight, even in small letters and curves.

  • 04Finishing by hand

We clean each element, clearing even the smallest traces of waste from the fine details by hand. We then lightly sand the edges so the paint adheres well.

  • 05Painting and installing

We apply the emblem’s colours in several coats. After a final check of the dimensions and finish, we install it in the acoustic section of the slatted wall, framed by an illuminated border.
