The acoustic wall for restaurant Culeau on delivery, still wrapped in film and resting against the bar

The restaurant's name, integrated into the wall.

A large acoustic wall with raised lettering. The brand becomes part of the space, and the wall helps soften reverberation at the table.

How it is made: step by step, in our own studio.

  • 01Preparing the design

We create a digital cutting file from the name and the wall’s outline. We then arrange the letters and elements on the sheet to minimise waste.

  • 02Laying the sheet flat

The sheet goes onto a cutting table that holds it firmly by suction. Everything stays in place, so each letter matches the design precisely.

  • 03Cutting out

An oscillating blade cuts out each letter and edge. We deliberately work at a steady pace to keep the cut crisp and clean, without fraying or discolouration.

  • 04Finishing by hand

We remove small offcuts and inner cut-outs, such as the centre of an o or an e, by hand. We then check every edge and clean the surface.

  • 05Packing with care

Each element is labelled to match the installation plan, so the wall can be assembled quickly and correctly on site. Everything is packed flat and wrapped in film to keep it clean and prevent creasing.
